Title: Fight for the sequel!!
Dancingpants - March 12, 2008 07:12 AM (GMT)
hey
I'm new here, and I'm tired and want to go to bed,
so I apologize if something like this has already been posted at some point in history haha
k, so what I would really like to do is to write Ubisoft and demand a sequel..... nicely of course
so if anyone has an address that they have used before/think will work or whatever that'd be SWELL!
But I got to thinking....
it would be REALLY cool if we could coordinate something where
we send a slew of letters on a certain day or something like that.....
I figured letters because it's a lot more personal than an email and it shows that we put effort into it.
even if like, 10 or 20 of us sent in letters on the same day I'd think SOMEONE would notice
I think it would be a lot of fun and who knows, it could do something

I agree completely with you! We can't just wait here! Something must be done!
(my evil side says: :evilflames: "Let's put some anthrax or booms in letters." :evilflames: But that too extremist...For now...) Muhahahaha!!!

So there is an address to Heaven is there? ^_^

You just have to write "ubi pictures" in Google Earth !
I've already writen one or two letters to Ubi Montpellier... Also there are a lot of Ubi Montpellier developpers on Facebook. Just search "ubi montpellier" in facebook... and the magic happens :D But i don't think contact them would be a great idea. The only thing we can do is all writing a postal letter to Ubi montpellier at the same time !

I did, still none except one guy called Benjamin Bois, but I can't see his profile.
Rick Shan - April 1, 2008 09:04 AM (GMT)
Maybe he has his Profile in Private which means he has to add you has a friend for you to see his profile.
The Infidel - April 1, 2008 09:15 AM (GMT)
And when you get his address then what? You are going to tell him to make another BGE? I don't to be party breaker but this is kinda futile.... He lives from his job not from his fans.... If you have money then pay the man but demanding something is futile.
Rick Shan - April 1, 2008 09:28 AM (GMT)
Ok he lives from its job but he only gets his money if the games sell good and there's nothing wrong with trying at least. The letter its not going to be like " We want a BGE Sequel now!" Maybe sending in a nicely meaning as to show that the fans really want a sequel.
Blink - April 1, 2008 10:25 AM (GMT)
Sending a message or a letter/mail to a developer of Ubi Montpellier is really, really a bad idea. It would bring us nothing at all.
The Infidel - April 1, 2008 06:07 PM (GMT)
I agree. It's bad idea. They own BGE, we are in no position to order them or to ask them to make new game. P.S. Maybe you didn't notice but there's only few of use not few hundred or few thousand, only few.
The only thing we can do is to hope.
The end.
Rick Shan - April 1, 2008 06:29 PM (GMT)
Well in that you are right the numbers are against us if there were more this would worked.
The Infidel - April 1, 2008 06:39 PM (GMT)
In minority we are weak. And last time checked my new nuke isn't finished, so we can't blackmail the world. (yet... :sinister:) Anyway Hi, I'm Infidel. evil, malevolent force that's me. And also fan of BGE :P. Make your self at 127.0.0.1 (uhh.... I spend too much time on computer... I meant home...Make your self at home... :P )
MrStalker - April 2, 2008 08:58 PM (GMT)
I'm not saying anyone should blackmail them, but how can it hurt to send a message saying "Hey guys I (we) loved BGE and we hope to see a sequel in the future"? I would be glad if I recived such a message.
Cpt. Oleander - April 2, 2008 09:26 PM (GMT)
Right right.
I don't expect many of them know english, now. And I dont trust none of those online translators after the last enligh-italian mishap with an internet buddy.
The_Evil_Reaper - April 2, 2008 09:56 PM (GMT)
Captain, thy have returned! I salute you! :mash:
Anyway, to the point, I'm willing to sent a letter, and I'm willing to help you guys translate it into French. I'm not an expert, but I can tell right from wrong, once I'm finished, I can run it by Nimitz or Jagori(two fluent French speaking members) who can remove the last errors for us.
I'm all for it!
Cpt. Oleander - April 9, 2008 04:46 PM (GMT)
coolness. I'll write one.
Remember, guys, flattery helps a lot.
