Title: IGN specualtes about BGAE2

jocb17 - February 17, 2009 03:11 AM (GMT)
Just read this article and thought I should share with everyone.

It doesn't really say anything, but it's bringing attention to the game incouraging those who haven't played it

What are your thoughts?

Something new here! Yay!

I skim read it, and it seemed nice. Go IGN.

Wow, nice to see someone in the gaming press actually cares enough to write an article even though there's no news. IGN ftw! :D

Gotta read that... but it's kinda bedtime.

Why did I post this then?

Donno...

Nice to see an article on speculation, and continuous praise of BG&E :D

I don't agree that Pey'j will be the source of vehicle upgrades, that just seems...blah. I think a shop is better, plus it's cool driving in and paying for your upgrades like at Mammago's.

I'm also not entirely convinced stealth is going to be kicked; that's part of what Jade is known for. They may cut back on it if Jade is no longer taking sneaky photos for the public, but she's too acrobatic not to have a stealth mission here and there.

I want the Akuda Bar back, or a similiar one! :arr:

wow nice ...

Hi phil. :D

Where exactly in BG&E were there humanoid robots?

I hate groundless speculation from people who don’t even know about the thing they’re trying to speculate on.

But anyway enough complaining, at least it’s some more free advertising for Ubi. ;)

Denouement - February 23, 2009 04:46 AM (GMT)
Maybe they were referring to Secundo? Though he's not a 'bot, he's a hologram AI. There's a difference, people... XD

Fomorian - February 23, 2009 10:58 AM (GMT)
I think they might've meant those bots that we first encounter in Nutripills Factory - the ones that can hide their legs and attack as a ball. Though they weren't that humanoid

G.A.Pster - February 24, 2009 11:32 PM (GMT)
When I think of a humanoid robot I think of something at least as advanced as the robots in I-robot.

MrStalker - February 26, 2009 06:54 AM (GMT)
Oh, btw, Yahtzee made another BGE reference in his latest video... if anyone's interested...

Yeah, I saw that. I think the way he used it was unfair. 1st, BG&E's focal point (The DomZ invasion on Hyllis) was pretty much done in the end, with only a carrot dangling as the promise for more. 2nd, BG&E IS getting a sequel, and it wasn't the developer's fault it was delayed so much, anyway.
