Okay, a few pieces of advice. First of all, please use proper English. As in, correct punctuation, capitalised letters, not spamming smilies, all that fun. It makes it nicer for us to read and it makes you look mature. Second, please make forum posts that have some decent content. A two line post with a link to something we already know about is not great material. Third, if you are going to have a signature, don't put in a link to something on this forum that we made years ago!
Finally - and this is more general advice than anything - spend some time interacting with the community before making too many new topics. It's not a big deal, but generally, it helps to get used to the customs of a community first so that you know what is acceptable and what will be seen as annoying or stupid.
As for that one image, that is just a common marketing image designed to promote the game. Publishing companies do things like this all the time and it isn't anything remarkable.
