Don’t really have much to contribute, but I do want a sequel enough to sign up to a forum (which I haven’t done before) and at least announce my presence.
-Fingers crossed in eager anticipation

For those interested, here are links to two BG&E 2 petitions:
http://pokefight.free.fr/petition/http://beyondbge.voguewolf.com/ (beyondtheray, who made this site, was planning on adding a forum to this petition when it reached 100 signatures. Unfortunately, this never happened.)
Double H - January 7, 2005 09:00 PM (GMT)
To Durga's question:
Yes we are going to send the petition to Ubisoft to show how many people love the game.

Just remember that an active forum is far more impressive than a list of signatures, so that is our top priority. Petitions have come and gone (like Daroth pointed out), but I think the BGE Revolution has a lot more to offer.

I love the game. It has lots of potential. Just look at the ending. I could never guess what happens next after seeing "that" scene. ( I dont want to spoil something awesome here ). : ) . If "that" scene didnt get you thinking, then i dont know what will. ;p

I just loved the whole game from start to finish and I'm sure that's what everyone feels like too. If that's not enough to get a strong fan community and to convince Ubi Soft to make a sequel, I don't know what is ;)

Anywho, Let's get these BG&E sequels out with everything that made the original BG&E game a hit with the fans!

Come on Ubi, POP had poor sales and you still made a sequel to that
While I'm at it, we need a XIII 2 as well. Both ended so well, and desperately need sequels.
Cheers anyway
:D

Every BG&E1 buyer will get BG&E2..plus you will get new fans.
Fan Loyality is strong, which is worth more then short term sales *if*
you make a sequal or two.
Use the same engine, keep costs low...but give us the sequals :)

My life will never be complete if I don't get Beyond Good & Evil 2, I NEED it.
BG&E is a magical experience, one of the best games ever, if a sequel isn't made I will never buy a Ubisoft game again(that should definately convince Ubisoft to make BG&E2). :)

HURRAH!!! Loved the game, absolutely incredible, I mean, how often is it that you actaully care about characters, this is one of the olny two times I have, the other time being in StarCraft, which just goes to show how amazing this game really is.
P.S if anyone gets my email adress feel free to mail me, but I'm not opening any attachments

I really think all the work this community has done the last couple of months will get us a sequel, but the thing that will attract the attention of Ubi most is the movie I think.

I've spread the word about this game to at least 6 people, and I'm working on number 7. I want at least double-digits by summer.
In addition to the previous comment about PoP:WW not selling well and having a successful sequel, Ico and The Mark of Kri were good games that didn't pull in loads of cash, but people noticed them and now they both have sequels in the works that are among the most highly anticipated games of the year. BG&E2 is not a risk.
