Title: Jericho's BGE2 Story
Description: (old version)

JerichoMccoy - February 19, 2005 05:17 AM (GMT)
I wanted to move all the story elements to here cause I didn't want to take all that space from the people. Really, that other topic is for people and their ideas for BG&E2, not just for my storyboard. So I'm putting all the chapters in here from now on! :D

Tonite is a tiring night for me so I can't finish the chapter I wanted. Instead, I drew pictures of what some of the creatures, friends in the story that we came across with! Jericho's pic isn't one of them cause I havn't drawn him yet. For that I need a mirror..

Here are 3 of them...

DomZ Snake

Rackse

Malay

Your looking at the pencil drawings of the characters themselves so don't mind the ugliness. Once I screw up coloring them(With Crayola), then you'll see their entirity! Oh and my scanner didn't get to copy the second boss of BG&E2 so I guess I have to do some coloring before I can get it to scan right...stupid scanner.

Enjoy!

New Horizon Films - February 19, 2005 08:05 AM (GMT)
Hey J!!

Malay looks like a character from Ren & Stimpy!!

I swear!

JerichoMccoy - February 20, 2005 05:17 AM (GMT)
Looks Like a character or Looks like he could be a character from Ren And Stimpy? Cause I can not remember one pudgy little beaver from Ren And Stimpy..

Except that episode when Ren used a beaver to open Stimpy's mouth...

It does have the roundness of Stimpy I'll give you that much. Hmm...

Crud. I was supposed to have an extension of the story but I'm too tired. Too sleepy. I'll catch up on it on Monday when I have the WHOLE DAY off. It'll be marvelous.

JerichoMccoy - February 22, 2005 07:32 PM (GMT)
So I'm a day late in the BG&E2 thingie...Whoops? Now back to the continueing Saga...

<The Journey back to the ship was a short one. When the creature made its rumbling enterance, it deteriorated some DomZ flem from the walls and created an opening to a new elevator enterance. The pair made it up, snuck past a few guards, and made it back to the ship. The ride back was quiet as their wasn't much to talk about. They still had LOTS of work to do.>

IRIS SECRET SECRET LAIR

<They proceed back to the Lair from the garbage dump. Much easier than risking their necks again. They escalated down and what Jade saw made her gasp. Hahn was there along with Malay...and they were talking to Pey'J on the big screen.>

Jade: Pey'J!

Pey'J: Jade! How are you feeling, darlin?

Jade: Umm..Alright I guess. But did the Governer talk to you about anything?

Pey'J: Jade, you have to listin to me very closely cause this is going to be off the wall...

<Pey'J took a deep breath and everyone waited for his responce>

Pey'J: The Governer made a deal with the Alpha Sections. They leave Hillys alone...no meteorites, no Alpha Guards. No more kidnappings. The only thing the governer had to do...was to give you in.

Jade: ...

Pey'J: I know it is not what you want to hear, but that is the reason the Hillys Space force had to fire on you. It was the hostages she was worried about..and the rest of Hillys. If she didn't comply, not only would the Alphas take the prisoners away, but they would attack en masse on us. Either way, we lose.

Jade: ...Did you know about this?

Pey'J: No. We all didn't. But she knew you would get out. She knew you will find a way to get back here. That's why she didn't want us to go...Augh! <Pey'J starts to clutch at his chest. He looked a little green. He's getting sicker everyday>

Jade: Pey'J!

Pey'J: I'm alright..yah..This hog ain't ready to be processed just yet.

Jade:<Smiled but it was brief.> ...How am I going to get to you then?

Pey'J: Do what Hahn tells you. Get the planets on our side. If you achieve this, then there will be a clear path for you...<Static>Jade....I...<Static>..careful...<Static>

Jade: What's going on?

Malay: Something is interfering with the signal! I'll try to clear it up.
<While Malay is doing that, a huge projection fills the screen and scares Malay half-his wits. He scurries behind Jericho and everyone looks at the screen. They all know who it is and Jade knows it couldn't be possible...

It was General Kheck, the one that deceived most of Hillys that the Alpha Sections were a bunch of Heros in black armor. The one that chased after Jade through the rooftops. The one that Jade saw voice his last breath about his undenieable loyalty to the Darkness>

General Kheck: Greetings, Worms!
<It was him alright, but instead, his voice was much deeper and hollowed. And one significant difference...A DomZ orb glistened where his left eye should have been. Surrounded by tentacles of DomZ Origin>

Hahn: Trace the signal, Malay!

General Kheck: Don't even bother. This is an encrypted transmission. No one will be knowing where any one is at right now.
<Gen.Kheck searches the room and sees Jade standing firm and vigilant>

General Kheck: Ah, look at what we have here! It's the little girl! I wonder why the master takes such a liking to you. And don't think your the only one that can rejuvinate the body!

Jade: <Furious> What do you want from us? Your supposed to be dead!

General Kheck: Well, of coarse I am, my pretty. But as you can see, I am very much alive. You see, the DomZ know I was too important to just let rot in a ship that you destroyed. So, they gave me life. Much more life indeed. <Grins evily>

Jade: <Her anger starts to build up. A blue aura starts to circulate around her body>

General Kheck: Ah, I see that the master has made a successful link up with Shauni. Very good. If I were your friends, I'd make sure to throw you away at the nearest Alpha port before you cause them any harm. Of coarse, I'd be smart unlike these dimwitted dopes.

Jericho: Why don't you come on down and let's see if they can revive you after I'm done beating you to a pulp.

General Kheck: Nonsense. I wouldn't know where to begin. Besides, at least I've told her the truth about me. Why not you, comrade?

<Everyone stares at Jericho.>
Hahn: What does he mean by that?

General Kheck: Muahahahahaha! Don't be frightened, little maggots. He is of no harm to you or your pathetic cause. But I'd watch out for that girl. Never will know when she might pop. Muahahahhahahahaa!!
<Transmission ended.>
<The room layed still and what could have been only a few seconds, it felt like a few eons. Everyone stared at everybody else. Whatever trust that they had just seemed to evaporate in thin air. Could Jade really be connected to the Master of the DomZ forces? Is Jade a threat to IRIS and her friends? What secret is Jericho hiding?...

All this and more on the next exciting episode of...

BEYOND GOOD AND EVIL 2: REVOLUTIONS>

Sorry its too short but I got to get me some food!

JerichoMccoy - February 23, 2005 03:10 AM (GMT)
Ok, I came back to finish off what I started! Well, not finish off the story, but here goes..

IRIS SECRET SECRET LAIR

<They were all spread out. Jade, Jericho, Hahn, and Malay. No one seemed to trust the other. It was like a huge rock just tumbled onto each of their heads and knew it was up to themselves to get out. Who would make the first move?

Secundo's manifested himself from the sanctity of Jade's S.A.C., looking ever so stylish like all the time>

Secundo: What is all this talk, heh amiegos? You got to put back the past in order to save the futuro.

<They all seemed to tense down for a small moment..but Jade still seemed heated up.>

Jade: What are you talking about, Secundo?

Secundo: Yade, you know as well as I do that the fate of the galaxy rests on your shoulders. As a human, you should know this. I, on the other hand, am simple piezas complejas of machinery jumbled up in a program.

Jade: I don't know anymore...everyone has their little secret and yet, everyone wants the truth...

Secundo: We deal with the past as soon as we make our future. Now let's vamos to our next mission! Ciao! <With that, he materialized back into Jade's S.A.C.>

<Quietness ran through the air. Then Hahn spoke up>

Hahn: I don't know what to make of all this. But in light of what just happened, I won't lose faith in you, Jade. We still believe in you.

Jade: But you heard what he said. I may turn on you guys at the very moment...

Hahn: We are willing to take that chance.

Malay: WHAT?! ARE YOU CRAZY!? I wanted to fight for truth and all that jazz, but if she comes near me I might have to go chop-suey...

Hahn: Easy, Malay. She won't turn on us.

Malay: And how can you be sure of that?

Hahn: Because she is our only hope.

Jade: Thanks, Hahn. I'll do my best. <She peered on over to Jericho, who looked ashamed. She then walked over to him and looked at him with those green, beautiful eyes of hers>

Jericho: I deceived you guys. I probably put you guys at risk. Most of all...I deceived you, Jade.

Jade: Hey, your on our side right?

Jericho: ...Yeah.

Jade: Whatever relation you have with the General, it's gone now. Your here with us. ..With me.

<He then looked up and his gaze met up with hers. It was a solid moment as any other. He looked away, then he stood up in a soldier's attention stance>

Jericho: I'm behind you all the way, Jade.

Jade: Ha ha, if I wanted a soldier's honor, I would've asked for Double H.

Jericho: Oh. It's a reflex.

<They both smile>

Malay: Well, if you two would stop romanticising each other, we've got the new report of photos at this location, Planet Neddein.

Hahn: The planet has a full DomZ asteroid belt surrounding it, yet none have managed to land down on the planet. We're thinking there is something a miss going about in the planet. We want you to take any photos you can of what they may be coming up with.

Jade: Sounds good.

Jericho: How did you guys get that picture and info?

Hahn: IRIS Operatives all around. Gets transmitted back to me. Right now, we can only encrypt transmissions, not data. That is why we havn't allowed you to transmit the photos to us, Jade.

Jade: Looks like everything is in order now. Right?

Hahn: We'll do our best to communicate to Pey'J and the others. But get those photos. The whole galaxy is at stake.

<She nods then is off to the elevator waiting with Jericho. A cold hand lands on Jericho's shoulder.>

Hahn: I'm afraid you'll have to stay with us.

Jade: What?

Hahn: We have to know the reason why General Kheck was able to intercept our transmission. I'll be keeping Jericho here until we get to further investigation.

Jericho: Hey! I'm sticking by Jade and I'm no betrayer to the cause!

Hahn: I didn't say that you would betray us but...

Jericho: But what? That I'd do something to Jade? I wouldn't harm her ever!

Jade: Hey! Hey! Take it easy everyone. <She looks at Jericho> Look, I'll just be waiting by the ship until their done that's all. I couldn't get this far without your help.

Jericho: <He eased down a bit> I guess. But I still have my duty to protect you at all costs..

Jade: And you'll still be doing it. Just give me time to breath for awhile won't ya? ;)

Jericho: <Looks at Jade..then back at Hahn. Then at Jade. Then at Hahn>...Fine. Since you guys insist.

Jade: Be strong. I'll be waiting.

<Jade goes into the elevator and up she goes. The player controlling Jade can go through town, talk to people, listin to the new propaganda playing, take part in a few freelance work mini-game, and buy items for health, armor boost, etc.

Jade goes back to the Beluga where Rackse is waiting...>

Rackse: I see you come my ange vert d'oeil. Vhere is that monkey you lunge around?

Jade: Jericho..is uh..taking a little break. I'm just waiting for him for now.

Rackse: Ah, I see. You have a definitity for him, no? Ah, might as well, but since your in no rush, take a look at what I have and for a few pearls, I can give you what he could never find.

<He shows her an electronic merchant list of what he has in store. A few things like an upgradeable Invisibility Cloak, a new Ship nose for faster acceleration, upgradeable weapon system, and an Interstellar Warp Drive...but for now, Jade doesn't pick up anything of value cause there is nothing she can afford yet. And it won't hamper the progress of the game if you do or don't.>

Rackse: I wish you beaucoup de chance on your journeys. Jusqu'à la fois prochaine, goodbye.
<And the Snail walks away...

That's when she hears heavy footsteps coming from the stairs and its Jericho, gasping for air like he'd run a full lap around the world.>

Jericho: <Gasp>Did...<Cough> I come in time?...<Cough Cough Gag!>

Jade: <Walks over to him and holds him up> Yeah, you just made it. I was about to take off without you.

Jericho: D...<Cough> B..U..<Cough Cough> T-T...

Jade: "Don't break up the team". Yea, your definitly a friend of Double H.

<With that being said, she carried him over into the Beluga and they both made their turn for the tropical forest planet of Neddein.>

PLANET NEDDEIN - ORBIT

<It was a quiet ride. Until they reached the DomZ Asteroid Belt. The player has to fly the Beluga through the Asteroid Belt while avoiding not only the stationary and tentacle-asteroids, but also the klunks of DomZ goo that seemed to perpetuate from the bigger rocks. Once attached, the goo starts draining away the armor until it takes a considerable amount of damage or one of the PODs is used.

They start their descent down to the native, ancient land of Neddein.>

JerichoMccoy - February 24, 2005 04:04 PM (GMT)
I wonder if the Mario Bros. should make an appearance? Nah, only kidding! Here's some more for ye's...

PLANET NEDDEIN

<It was a rainforest planet. Filled with many tropical trees, native animals, and ancient temples. It is known to be a planet of the Ilios fruit, which eaten with water, can heal many wounds in four minutes. Though, if eaten with soda, can make your stomach explode.

Our Heros scan the area for the nearest civilization and landing zone. The scanners picked up some life near a coastal region but they would have to walk throughout the rest of the area. Don't know if the natives are friendly around these parts. They landed and entered the dense forest, filled with colorful trees mixed with blues and reds, a waterfall that sparkled with clean, fresh, water. The wildlife around them was mixed from truely exotic koala wolves to the weird Bat-Slug, a slug with wings of a bat. Plenty of photos to take back home.

(A new addition to the game is at-the-time button presses. If you played RE4, you'll know this. At certain points in the game, you'll be asked to press a button to perform an action. Some actions are necessary for puzzles, others are for reflex, and others are there just to express some fun between the characters. Like in the waterfall, Jericho will splash some water on Jade. The game will ask the player if there near the water, to splash back at Jericho. When the player presses it, they both have a brief water fight with the player controlling the action. Could be a way to get people to connect more with the characters.)

They soon stop by an old Temple entrance and see a fellow dressed in Adventurous clothing. It's an Eagle-humanoid and looks to be quite young. He is studying a piece of inscribment on the walls>

Eagle: Hmm...very intrigueing..

Jericho: Hey!
<The Eagle gets startled and drops his magnifying glass>

Eagle: Aye! Oh, ruff. Do you mind?!

Jericho: Sorry. Umm, we're just uh..

Jade: We're looking for our..uhm..tribe. Yeah.

Eagle: Hmm? You guys don't look like your part of the Meesolak tribe. What's your names?

Jade: Umm..well he's..uh...CuuCuu. I'm Shauni.

Eagle: <Seems startled again> WhaT?! Shauni!? THE SHAUNI?!

Jade: Wait, did I say Shauni? I meant to say..

Eagle: <Runs to her and before it looks like he'll tackle the girl to the ground, he stops in his tracks, and kneels> My empress!

Jericho: Now that is just weird.

Jade: What?

Eagle: I'm sorry. I didn't know you'd come around here!

Jade: Uh, you may stand up, please?

Eagle: Oh sorry. Oh! I havn't even introduced myself. <Clears his throat> I am Cleez Von Neeble and I am here to make my acquaintice my leige.<Bows down again>

Jade: Uhm...why are you calling me that?

Cleez: What? You don't know your own heritage?! Come! <He grabs her by the arm while Jericho walks behind the loony bird>

These symbols..there! <It's was a hieroglyphic depicting a goddess of somekind with six arms and a glowing person in it> This is Shauni! That person in there! It says that a long time ago, a dieing nation came down from the heavens and was looking for a way to replenish its existance. It found it in Shauni!

<Jade was all of a sudden intrigued, so was Jericho>

However, it's power was too great and thus the nation turned to evil creatures that wanted to expand itself more and more.<He pointed to another hieroglyph depicting what looked like a DomZ Priest hovering over little pictures of men, women, and children> So, Shauni hid away and soared into the sky to find someplace to keep its power hidden so that the evil may never be able to replenish itself.

<As Cleez described more of the history, Jade began to feel faint. Soon, she saw a flashback of what looked like that statue goddess...it was calling for her, and then the DomZ Priest appeared and it was laughing..horribly laughing...

She woke up to the sound of Jericho's voice and noticed she was on the ground. She must've fainted or something>

Jericho: She's alright. She's coming through.
<He helped her get back up on her feet>

Jade: Thanks.

Jericho: Don't mention it, Jade.

Cleez: Wait a sec... you mean your not THE SHAUNI?!

Jade: Well, I...uh..

Jericho: That's her..um..human name. She can't walk around with people noticing her name is Shauni now can't she? <Jericho making it up as he went along>

Cleez: Hmm..well, I guess that is true..but then who might you be? Hmm? Her pet?

Jericho: Uhh..

Jade: Cuucuu is a very loyal subject of mine. He protects me wherever I go. And I trust him with all my power.<Jade, however, wasn't making it up and smiled>

Jericho:  (Inside J's mind: :D :D :D )

Cleez: Well, whatever. I must get back to the great archaelogical find in history!

<Cleez goes back to work. If the player asks him what he is doing, he'll be saying of finding treasures beyond our wildest dreams and yada yada yada. If you help him find these treasures, he'll let you keep whatever else you may find. But for now, the duo set out to locate the Meesolak tribe.

They soon approach a wide open space surrounded by trees. It looks clear.>

Jericho: ...Well..this all doesn't look so bad..Yelp!<Jericho gets caught on a trap that hangs him upside down from his ankle> Well, this does look bad.

<Rustleing in the bushes>

Jade: Things are about to get worse. Hang on!

Jericho: TO WHAT?!

<Five creatures pop out and they all don't look very friendly. They were Lion-Humanoids, about 6ft tall, with clubs in hand. Looks to be a very high fight. But they are trained warriors. Even Jade cannot match what they have and the only way to truely defeat these warriors is to use her special attack...>

Jade: YAAAAHH!!!<With her twirling and big magical bursts of energy that sprout from her body>

<All the tribe warriors, drop their weapons and run back into the forest. Jade lands and wonders what that was all about.>

Jericho: Yay! Jade! You did it! You beat all those critters! Now could you please somehow get me down from here!

<The players uses Jade's gyrodisk glove to cut away the piece of rope that was hanging Jericho upside down. He falls with a yell and is in pain. That'll get him for being so panic-y. :D >

Jericho: Oooohhhh....I need a new line of work..

Jade: C'mon. I think we might stumble upon something here. There!

<Jade points to the sky and there is smoke. The tribe village is not too far from here. Jade runs into the forest looking for signs of life. If that temple somehow is connected to Shauni, then these people must know more. Jericho, however, takes a few careful steps before he jumps into the wayland forest and runs after Jade>

Nice introduction of new humanoid characters. I like your explanation about the origin of Shauni. And it's very nicely integrated into the story like this. I also like your idea about the context-sensitive button(I believe that is what it's called), that could open up a lot more gameplay opportunities and like you said it can be used to make the player feel more attached to the characters. BTW, I can't help it, but everytime I try to see how Jericho looks like, an image of Double H pops up in my mind.

BTW, I can't help it, but everytime I try to see how Jericho looks like, an image of Double H pops up in my mind.

Yeah, me too. But he doesn't have his armor, is somewhat darker than Jade, and has a younger look to him. Other than that, one might think they were brothers! Heh heh. Nah, they aren't related. Only by class. Now, time to get this revolution sped up!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PLANET NEDDEIN - JUNGLE

<Our Heros make their way through the jungle path and stumble among many animals along the way. Some more dangerous then others as they try to make a meal out of Jade and Jericho, but they handle them easily(Depending how fast you hit that action button). They soon come upon a Village but with a huge surrounding wall of trees. Two huge gates are there, protected by guards that looked alot like the Lion-Warriors that attacked the duo. Whether or not they should advance and introduce themselves or sneak in undetected will be up to the player but for old fashion sake, lets say the duo sneak in using the trees as cover to climb to the top of one tree, down another, waiting for the right moment... and then jump over the wall into a pile of jungle leaves without anyone noticing.

The village was fairly large with many small huts made out of what looks like bamboo, a small shopping district, and what appears to be a small temple, made out of stone and rubble, at the end of the village fortress. They could all see the villagers going about their lives, little cubs playing, Soldiers saying Hi to their families...It looked like a peaceful community.>

Jericho - Nice little area, eh?

Jade - Yeah...gasp! Hide! <She pushes Jericho's head down as one of the small cubs spotted movement in the jumble of leaves>

Cub - Myalot-tu! Myalot-tu! <The little cub goes near the leaves and the player is watching through the eyes of Jade what is going on around her. Think of it as a Metal Gear Solid moment when Snake is hiding inside a Locker and a guard is nearing the door and you hear Snake's heartbeat quicken. Same thing happens here.

The cub is wondering if she should approach the brush but approaches slowly...>

Adult Cub - Dooly! Iiya polisha donmo! <An adult lioness, perhaps the mother, calls the little cub right when he was about to push out the leaf that would reveal the duo inside and he ran off>

<Jade and Jericho quickly get out of the bundle of leaves and slowly creep behind a Hut to see if they can spot anything or anyone they could talk too.>

Jericho - That was too close.

Jade - Yeah, I hear ya. We got to find the leader. Maybe we can figure out what is going on around here...

Jericho - Yeah and at the same time, wonder why WE are doing here? I don't think they speak our language in here...

<They turn a corner and about ten spears are pointed towards their necks. They've been caught>

Warrior #1: Mia-ta-loo! Mia-ta-loo!

<Somewhere in the Village> Warrior #2: Mia-ta-rarlee!

<A High ranking Warrior steps forward and stares into both Jade and Jericho's eyes. He is a tiger and wears more ornamentals on his shoulders and armor than the others. He must be the Chief or Captain. And he was definitly not happy with seeing strangers infiltrateing his village.>

Chief: Jo-sum rah goluk si coy? Tala issa Domz?

Jericho: <Whispers to Jade> Did he say Domz?

Chief: <Angrily and in a roar> GEESAH!
<Jericho is silenced and gulps down hard>

Chief: <Grumbles> Moshum. Mila towsow freup ka-lad de gesh ta Mia-ta-loo.
Warrior #1: Hup.

Jade: This is not good...

Chief: <Angrily again> GEESAH DOMZ! <Slaps Jade across the face with his paw>

Jericho: Jade! <A warrior uses the other end of the spear to deliver a blow to Jericho's stomach> Agh!

<Jade looks up and a sudden hate for the creature erupted inside her. The Chief looked down at her and gave a grin, showing some of his sharp teeth.>

<Just then a blowhorn was released and a chorus of roars where heard all around the village. Families took their young back into the huts. Warriors were going toward the gates, spears and clubs in hand. Something big was going on.>

Cheif: <Looked at the commotion and then at the two heros on the ground. He took two of his warriors and spoke to them> Mia-ta-loo nisa mala-gosha me yought. Ja?

<The two warriors, now turned guards, nodded and the Chief gave one last look to the duo, especially to Jade, then proceeded to the gates.

That's when explosions appeared in the Jungle...and the voice of a soldier-clad in armor rung out into the Jungle..>

Alpha Section Soldier: Keep moving forward for your Gods!!!

Thanks for continuing the story, Jericho. That's really great! And the chief is a real bastard, may he suffer a thousand pains for slapping Jade.

Secundo - March 4, 2005 10:25 PM (GMT)
Jericho, how done are you? Would you like for me to post a "chapter one" on the site? If so then define chapter one for me. You can just say where it ends or e-mail me what you want at the boards e-mail:

Bge_revolution@yahoo.com

I hope we can preserve this! It is really shaping up into a great story.

JerichoMccoy - March 5, 2005 06:00 AM (GMT)
Well to continue on this adventure, I'll answer your questions as it'll help the evolution process of this story! :D Posting it on the site would be COOL! Go ahead and give way. Just give credit where credit is due. But of coarse you know that. :)

How done am I? Well, I just copied and pasted EVERYTHING I said on all my posts concerning the story...29 PAGES!! In Word Perfect, Font 12, Times New Roman. But that also includes double spacing and a bunch of other nuances but still..Wow! And you want to know how far I am? Well...Let's see..If this was the game and you were playing it straight..I'd say you'd be in hour...three? four? And the gameplay would be like...30+ hours? Or maybe less than that so..<Shrugs> Oh and that's just going through the game straight. Add another 20 hours for the minigames and other collectables, pictures, etc. Heck, maybe even more hours. Next-Gen systems will definitly be able to pull all this out.
And chapters? Give me time and I'll be able to send you which one's can be divided up. All this is a rough draft so I'll have to add in more details and such. Get the whole story summed up now, get the rest later on.

Oh and don't hate the captain just yet...actually that's all I can tell you now cause I have no clue how I should pull him into the main story...<Shrug> My mind deals with those little details. I'm just here for comic relief.

P.S. - The name of this whole adventure?...

BEYOND GOOD AND EVIL 2: REVOLUTIONS
----------------------------------------------------------------

<Jade's ears picked up the muffled, radio-sound of an Alpha from the trees and knew this was their work. But these warriors didn't have the weapons to defeat them. They'd be destroyed for sure! Or worse, taken alive to be Domz soul food...

With the explosions and the tribe's roaring and chanting, Jade and Jericho were stuck between getting blown apart, stabbed by the guards, or being prisoner for the DomZ. Great choice. But only if they stayed where they were.>

Jericho - <Leaned in close to Jade> Are you alright?

Jade - I'm fine. But these villagers won't stand a chance against the Alphas. We have to help them.

Jericho - Are you serious? After what Captain Grumpy-puss did to you?

Jade - These people don't deserve being takin by the DomZ just because of one little smack.

Guard #1 - Geesah, kijon-es! <The guards had their spears out, but they were facing where the battle had erupted at the gates, meaning their backs were turned>

Jericho - I say we put these kitties to sleep. Whatdya say?

Jade - <Smirks> Now your using your head for once.

<The player in control of Jade again, is asked to press the Action button in order to perform a knockout from behind the two guards. Then Jericho insists that you hide the unconscious fellows in a hut so they can be safe.

After they are done with the guards, they ran across the tribes main square and towards the gates where the real battle was going to happen...>

Captain: <Growl> Rah-ta yowl rangtha! <He points to some Spear-Warriors, soldiers with a pouch filled with smaller spears, to go up on the wall>

<More noises of urgency and weapon fire. Then, the gates blew open in a clutter of debris and smoke. An Alpha Tank rose into view, spewing laser blasts from its cannon, its dark shape causing fear to all the tribe members as they view upon it. Even the Captain, seemed a little spooked.>

Captain: Hagas Mu-TAL!!!! <A War Cry and the surrounding warriors came to attack a new enemy that Jade never seen before. It had two legs, four arms, stood about 5'5 and it's skin was scally purple. What made it stood out the most was that it had one eye in the front...and one eye in the back. The creature had 360 vision! And they carried the Alphas' trademark Hammers. What they lacked in fighting style, they made up in power and force.

But that wasn't going to stop Jade now was it?

But first the tank had to be destroyed or dismantled in some way. An Alpha Soldier would peer above to see what the tank should aim at...Hmm...

Jade saw a rock on the floor. A big one. They were scattered all around the place. She looked over to Jericho. He nodded and smiled.

To defeat this Tank boss, Jade has to throw the rock at Jericho, in which he hits the rock baseball-style with his hammer, to the Alpha's head causing it to crack. Jade fights alongside with some of the Lion-Warriors and even though they know she should be captured, she is fighting alongside them against an enemy they both can relate too.

Jade throws the first rock towards Jericho. Remember when Pey'J slams the ground with his behind and Jade can do that Ultra-Cool Super-Slo-Mo attack with a rouch object? Well, it works the same way here, except its Jericho doing it and the reticule is aimed at the Alpha's head.

CRACK! That left a mark.>

Alpha Soldier: Ahh! Your God is being attacked! Destroy them!
<The Duel-Cyclop people come in reinforcements and they are just battling the Lion-Warriors but focusing their numbers on Jade and Jericho. Jade finds another rock and throws it towards Jericho's direction. He launches another successful hit on the Alpha's helmet and it really starts to crack. Green steam comes out from the cracks.>

Alpha Section: Huff..Puff...Take..care..of them you fools!

<Now the Duel-Cyclop people are angry. Hurting their God. Big no no. The continued attack commences and this time, as Jade, you have to directly aim the rock to Jericho which in turn, activated a slo-mo feature with the rock slowly barreling it way through wind resistance and then going at super-sonic speeds once it meets the metal end of Jericho's hammer and smack into the Alpha's helmet which breaks it apart and the creature underneath is shown briefly before it succumbs back into the tank and yellls out..>

Alpha Section: Retreat! They have enjoyed enough pain and suffering today!!!

<The Duel-Cyclop people gather their gear and run behind the tank, while getting bombarded by spears and rocks.

All the tribe warriors and people celebrate with a humongous roar that echoes throughout the rainforest. It seems they have saved the day once again. Many warriors give Jericho and Jade a grin and a slap on the back. Some of the feminine felines come by and give Jericho a lick on the cheek.( :P ) However the celebration stops once the Captain came forward with his spear pointed at Jade's neck>

Captain: Mia-ta-loo ja yeesah. Olop mi gonjes reey frescas. <He had a very angry look in his face>

<Jade kept her gaze with his. Never wandering. However, the Captain's eyes seemed to be unsteady as he kept looking deep into her eyes...>

Unknown: Heesah! Bojo ka les mohem!

<The Captain took his gaze away and stood at attention, as well as all the other warriors around them. Jade and Jericho turned around to see why. It was the Tribe's Elder and Leader. From the clothes he wore and the oldness about him, he seemed that way.>

Elder: Mia-ta-loo es gomeh ja resah.

Jericho: Umm...what should we say?

<Just then, Jade's S.A.C. bliped on and Secundo materialized in full form. All around them, the warriors gasped and quietly began to chatter.>

Jade: Secundo? What are you doing?

Secundo: What do you think, mi corazon? I will translate and you will listin. Jericho can just be tranquilidad for now.

Jericho: I think maybe we need a translator for him...

Jade: <Smiles> Just let him do the talking.

Elder: Ya ta goorah et tow jumbaa?

Secundo: <Clears throat> Juum go yata buum keeloso Mia-ta-loo es de gratys ga DomZ.

Elder: Ol yasa?

Secundo: Yasa. Ul tasamoos mia Yade...ra tagha molonos tra gah Gerico.

Jericho: Umm...would you mind translating for us?

Secundo: <Sigh> Uno momento, meathead. Let the grownups talk for a momento.

Jericho: You little metal circuit junk!...

Jade: <Smiles> Easy there. Trust me to trust him.

Jericho: <Watching her smile, he melts like butter> Oh-tay.

<And so the Elder and Secundo do a little talking for oh 20 seconds>

Secundo: Well, he says that he welcomes you into the tribe of Meesolak and that you shall be the guests of honor!

<Jade and Jericho both smile at this. The captain, disgusted of what just happened, walks away in a fuss.>

Jericho: Does this mean food?

Secundo: Is that all you think about? Food?

Jericho: No, actually I think about tropical weather, daisies, and sometimes..even about smashing your hardware to make a new toaster for my living room!

Secundo: You know, I can always tell them you are a friend of the Olopos.

Jericho: What in blazes is a 'Golopos'?

Secundo: You have all the brawn and none of the grey matter, do you? The Olopos is the tribe that just attacked!

Jade: Why do they want to destroy this tribe, Secundo?

Secundo: Beats me. I only talked about minimal of enviromente and such. They also want to host a celebration in your honor.

Jericho: Talk about laying the foundation..

Secundo: Keep it up, smarty pants. I'm sure they could see you as food too.<Smiles>

Jericho: ....Hey Secundo, you need a new program updater? I think I know a friend that can boost you up with 10milokegs of memory?..

Secundo: As I figured.

Elder: Mee-cho gana trokla esa meyopel.

Jade: What did he say?

Secundo: He said you may explore the village until the ceremony begins.

Jade: Oh great. <Faces the Elder> Umm..Thank You for your kindness.

<Secundo translates for the Elder and Secundo translates for Jade>

Jade: He says thank you for saving his village and home.

<With that said, the Elder leaves to the temple and all the other citizens of the Meesolak tribe go back to their buisness. Warriors are repairing huts, families are preparing for the ceremony, and Jade is left with a warm feeling in her heart. This could be a good place after all.>

<Before Secundo signs off, Jade had to ask him something..>

Jade: Secundo, how did you understand their dialect?

Secundo: What, you think I tweedle my thumbs while I'm in the S.A.C.? Back when we had receptors, I downloaded many programs including a Universal Tranlator.

Jade: And when were you planning on telling me this?<Smiling>

Secundo: Whenever you asked. I see you soon. Ciao! <He de-materialized back in Jade's S.A.C.>

<In control of Jade, you get to explore the Village until night time comes around or you enter the temple. You can play with the little cubs a game of Hide and Seek(Jericho can play too!), talk with the locals(Secundo translates), or just roam around. You'll notice that there is one hut that happens to look all Witch-Doctor crazy but it's locked. Maybe it'll open later when the time is right...

Night time is on and it is time to party!!!!>

How done am I? Well, I just copied and pasted EVERYTHING I said on all my posts concerning the story...29 PAGES!! In Word Perfect, Font 12, Times New Roman. But that also includes double spacing and a bunch of other nuances but still..Wow!

Can you e-mail that to the board? It'll make my life much easier.

Denden666Piek - March 6, 2005 07:26 PM (GMT)
Revolutions? Maybe that should be part three, and BG&E 2 will get the subtitle 'Reloaded'. Just kiddin, great work once again, Jericho(you just can't give too much compliments to a hard working genius).

JerichoMccoy - March 7, 2005 08:34 PM (GMT)

Actually the planned names of the Sequels would be: Revolutions and then...

Redemption.

What does that have to do with the story? Oh so much...so much...And to think I already know what the third installment will be about..

Makes ya itch in the pants doesn't it? :D

Makes ya itch in the pants doesn't it? :D

Erm... , well, it does excite me, in a 'I'm perfectly happy because the sun is shining and I'm a gamer with a Gamecube'-kind of way.

JerichoMccoy - March 8, 2005 05:45 PM (GMT)
When I come home from class today, I shall continue with the work which is BG&E2 REVOLUTIONS!!!
-Revolutions...Revolutions...Revolutions...Revolutions...Revolutions...<echo>

But for now, I gotta ask the viewers at home(Or school..whoever is reading this) a couple of questions:
1. Does the story sound BG&Eish?
2. Would you mind if it turned a darker tone?(Like Lord of the Rings, not Warrior Within)
3. Do you feel attached to the characters?
4. Can you actually see the story as a game?
5. Who would you like to see from the last game come forth?
6. If this storyboard was a game and it used the same control format as the first epic(and the other options I added) and it was flawless in control, would the gameplay be extremely well? Good enough for Game of the Year?

Why am I asking so much? Well, in the back of my mind, I have an idea... but it will come in time soon. Don't speculate just yet. Because my mind is a working Amoeba..changing forms ever constantly to fit its surrounding enviroment.

...Holy crap!? How did I come up with that one?!

More story today..sooon....

JerichoMccoy - March 8, 2005 10:04 PM (GMT)
I'm back! And the creativity juices are flowing!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
<The village begins to turn a bright orange as the sun sets and a great bonfire has started. A tribal band is playing with big drums, weird instruments of an extinct shellfish, and a soul of fun. The kids are dancing, the parents and warriors are communicating, and the Temple priests are preparing the feast. Jade and Jericho sit on a tree log enjoying the festivites at hand. Jade's S.A.C. is off her waist and on the floor between the two>

Jericho - This is great! Look at all this..this good energy all around!

Jade - Yeah, it really is something.

<Secundo materializes again with a different attire. A sombrero and maracas accompany his clothes and he starts dancing to the jungle beat.>

Secundo - Ah, now this is a fiesta!

<A group of lioness' come and pick Jade up and hustle her to a nearby hut.>

Jericho - Hey, Jade!

Secundo - Mi yakata mushaloo!

Lioness#1 - <Purr> Juki ayamba la lopidada. He he he he!
Lioness#2 - Mufuso kala cha ghuamba mia-la-too yade la gericko. He he!
<The lioness' go back in the hut>

Jericho - Secundo, what are they doing to Jade?

Secundo - Relax. The female gatos' just want to dress Yade up for the Guest Dance..along with you. ;)

Jericho - Dance?! What kind of dance?

Secundo - Which ever one you know but it has to be a polite one because they..

Jericho - <Is frantic and gets on the edge> Secundo! I don't know how to dance!!

<Although they didn't understand what he said, his loud nature caused every to hault and stare at Jericho with confusion.>

Tribe: ...

Jericho: Heh heh heh..C'mon Secundo..your coming with me.

<And with a yelp, Jericho picks up Jade's S.A.C. and heads off into one of the Huts to learn how to dance..from Secundo.>

<They are in the Hut now and Secundo has materialized once again to teach Jericho the fine tuning of dancing.

Like Dance Dance Revolution? Well here it is! Button scroll on the screen, time it just right, and you'll successfully perform a dance move! But as the beat goes faster, you'll have to be quick and aware. Special 'Jericho' face buttons will scroll and pressing any button will result in doing a move only Jericho could come up with(Tossing his Hammer in the air and then catching it, a butt spin, the worm..etc.) But this is training. Who knows what he'll do when he is actually infront of everyone..>

<If you've done well or learned what you need to learn, Secundo congratulates you and then wishes you luck as you go back to the Bonfire.>

<Holding the S.A.C. in his hand, Jericho sits back down on the log, awaiting Jade's return. A Dong is heard and all is quiet. Jade's hut opens and reveals Jade in a Jungle Princess' gown. A headdress made up of the leaves of the forest is on top of her head, while a light green lizard skin flows behind her back. Her skirt is also made up of the forest leaves and goes down to her knees. She still wears the tank top that she is known for.>

Jericho:  ^_^

<Many soft growls can be heard from the tribe, taken in as remarks to her beauty. Jade looks over to Jericho and gives him a smile>

Jade: So, is it me?

Jericho: It's lovely. In fact, its beautiful. :)

Jade: :)

Elder: Meesha Low! Meesha Low! <The crowd turns toward the Elder>

Elder: Esa tu ragla mia-la-too cuwamba...

Jericho: <Whispering> Psst! Secundo?

Secundo: <Sigh> You want a recap of lessons or what?

Jericho: What's the elder saying?

Secundo: You need to work on yer speech skills. The elder says that he would like to congratulate their win over the Domz forces and the Olopos you two for your bravery and skill. For that, you shall dance your welcoming dance to celebrate. Are you ready?

<Y/N? If no, Secundo gives a run down about how to play the dance game. But we're clicking on Yes.>

Secundo: Ok, then step up and wait for the beat to begin!

<Jade and Jericho approach the Elder and face the tribe. It is time to begin!

The music is jungle and has lots of drums and bass. Also, one of those Austrailian Kalamazoos cause I love the sound those long horns make!

Jade is doing fine, moving her hips and dancing like a hula-hula dancer in Hawii. Jericho however, is dependant on the style Secundo gave him which is Salsa.

Think about that for a second. A guy with the same build as Double H dancing Salsa. Is it harder now to concentrate on those buttons scrolling on the screen?

Oh and everytime you mess up, Jericho does something crazy. Press the wrong button at the wrong time, He'll mistakinly smack a Villager, trip and fall, do a very BAD dance move(Hip pound anyone?) and others to keep the player out of focus and to do even poorly. If you do terrible, it's not the end of the game, but if you do well..>

Elder: Meshalak conojo ya danta isowap mon choso aheim!
<Temple Priests bring Jericho and Jade each a PA-1 for dancing so well!>

Jericho: Thanks!

<The music starts again and everyone begins to feel the thrive of the beat.>

Jade: Those were some hot moves. Did Secundo teach you?

Jericho: What? Oh no, I..uh..learned them back in the Academy..it was part of procedure.

Jade: <Smiles> Right.

<A soft silence between them.>

Jade: Jericho...mind if I talk to you in private?

Jericho: <A short gasp> Umm..sure.

<Jade grabs Jericho's hand and the two go off to a smaller gate protected by two guards. They allowed them entry.>

PLANET NEDDEIN - BEACH SIDE

<The path from the gate was not used very often yet it was clear of small bushes and debris. At the end of the path, was a high view of a vast ocean. Dolphin-like animals jumped up from the waters, trying to touch the sky above. The night sky was clear and the two moons hovered high above the planet, giving the whole planet a nice soft glow. Jade and Jericho stopped and took in the site with their own eyes.>

Jericho - Wow..

Jade: Beautiful isn't it?

Jericho: It sure is. Reminds me of Hillys.

Jade: Yeah.

Jericho: ...

Jade: ...

Jericho: So, umm.. what did you want to talk to me about?

Jade: This may sound a little out of line but..

<Jericho's heart is beating rapidly>

Jade: Umm..what did Kheck mean about you working for him?

<Jericho's heart slumped but managed to reply to her question>

Jericho: <Sigh> It's a long story...

Jade: I'm not going anywhere.

Jericho: ... Back when I was a Hillys soldier, I was one of the few that met with General Kheck when he landed. He had his men to secure the area and he just wanted to have a peace talk with some of us. We were on scouting patrol so it didn't seem like he posed a threat...

<Jade listens intently>

Jericho: Two months later, after they developed their rule over Hillys, there were meteorites that hadn't exploded on impact on the planet and needed to be studied immediately. However, the government wanted those zones secured of any hostiles. Again, I was of one of the few that was chosen to patrol and de-contaminate the area. When we got there, it was all a trap. Alpha guards had us surrounded and General Kheck was there to greet every single one of us. He...<Jericho stops for a moment the thought to hurtful to say at once>

Jade: ...It's ok.

Jericho: I'm fine. Its..he turned us into one of his soldiers. Brain-washed us. Knowing he had to keep the mortality rate of Hillys Soldiers to a minimum, he called in more meteorite strikes so his soldiers can look like heros while they take away the wounded back to their factories.

Jade: How did you...turn human again?

Jericho: <Smiled> A woman helped me.

Jade: Who?

<Jericho looked at Jade's eyes and she to his. The two moons seemed to overlap one another at the same instance of the two. They came in closer to each other, a kiss awaiting their lips in the next few moments...

Until a shockwave pushed them to the ground and they can hear children scream back at the Village...>

Denden666Piek - March 9, 2005 09:16 PM (GMT)
1. Does the story sound BG&Eish?
Yes, there's variety in gameplay, the gameplay-mechanics(awesome fight-sequences) seem to be the same as the first game with some neat new ideas from your side. The story follows the characters like in BG&E, and it raises many questions just like in BG&E. New BG&E-ish animalhumanoidcharacters are introduced, new Alpha/domz foes are introduced, and they sound like they could have been in the first game. Jericho is obviously the new Double H, Jade's compagnon helping her just like in BG&E. You're not afraid to explore new worlds either and I like that. And then there's the comedy, the conversations are quite amusing and they definately remind me of BG&E.

2. Would you mind if it turned a darker tone?(Like Lord of the Rings, not Warrior Within)
No, not at all. It keeps the story exciting, maybe even more than BG&E's.

3. Do you feel attached to the characters?
Definately, your Jade is exactly like the game-Jade, only she's learning new things. A lot of strange and sad things have happened in your story already, and it's pretty hard for Jade but she keeps going, that's the Jade we all know and love!!! Jericho is like Double H, so no worries there either, he's cool. If something were to happen to him, I'd cry. If he's holding something back from his past he should have told, I'll be angry and feel sorry for Jade.

4. Can you actually see the story as a game?
Yes, and your descriptions of the new environments and gameplay parts are a great help with that. I try to picture everything as I read, without those pretty detailed descriptions of yours I wouldn't have succeeded at that. Sometimes I give my own spin to it, I see Jericho as a clone of Double H. If I try to imagine the the lion creatures' village, I see the lizard village from Starfox Adventures... Erm, anyway. Yeah, I can definately see the story as game, and most of the time my imagination makes it look like a BG&E one.

5. Who would you like to see from the last game come forth?
Ehhh...perhaps if Pey'j could make a quick appearance, he's such a great character. Other than that; Jade's there, Double H clone, new animalhumanoids, new foes, an old enemy reborn, a Mammago-replacement...it's all good!

6. If this storyboard was a game and it used the same control format as the first epic(and the other options I added) and it was flawless in control, would the gameplay be extremely well? Good enough for Game of the Year?
BG&E was good enough for a few GotY awards. With your stuff added, this will definately be a huge winner!!!

JerichoMccoy - March 10, 2005 04:28 AM (GMT)
Thank you DenDen! Now to continue on with the adventure that shall unfold...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jade: The tribe!

<Jade and Jericho spring back into action and the player controls Jade again. Going back to the path you came from to get back in the Village..>

PLANET NEDDEIN - MEESOLAK VILLAGE

<The great bonfire was still ignited but there were smaller fires happening all around the village. Cratters still fuming from a recent impact. Any villager with a family kept in their huts. The Warriors were scattered, knocked unconscious by either the blasts or by an unseen force, Jade couldn't tell.

The two guards that kept watch over that pathway were slotched on the wall, out cold. Their breathing was shallow and made slight raspy noises when they exhaled. Their spears were broken in half.

The player guides Jade and Jericho to the bonfire where a meeting has taken place...or a hostage situation.>

Unseen Foe#1: So, where is the girl?
Elder: <Afraid> Ma-ma-ma tah wee! Hoska jum tha le gomei!
Unseen Foe#1: Don't give me that! <A black thick metallic glove slaps the Elder to the ground> My soldiers do not lie. They saw Shauni here!
Elder: <Puts his hands over his head so he won't get hit again> Masah goonah! Masah goonah!
Unseen Foe#1: No wonder you managed to win that small battle. Without her, you'd be lost.

<Jade was getting furious. That voice was familiar and she knew exactly who it was.

Her eyes began to glow...>

Unseen Foe#1: We will bring balance between the two tribes if only you tell us where she is.
<From a far, held by two Alpha guards, the Captain hissed a warning to the Unseen foe>
Unseen Foe#1: Ah, so you have an attitude, eh kitty? When I'm through with you, we'll put that attitude to good use. >)

<Jade looked away from the scene. The fire from the bon was getting too bright, but it wasn't the fire that was causing the problem. It was something else... and she heard the voice again of the DomZ Priest>

DomZPriest: Yes, Shauni. They will destroy you if you don't destroy them first. Unleash your power. You must bring justice forward.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

More to come...

Denden666Piek - March 10, 2005 01:29 PM (GMT)
That Domz priest is a major *******. :D

JerichoMccoy - March 10, 2005 03:06 PM (GMT)
------------------------------------------------------

<Jericho placed his hand on Jade's Shoulder to comfort her in someway>

Jericho: Jade what's wrong?

Jade: It's happening. The DomZ is taking control of me! Ahh!

<She clutched at her chest..her skin began to turn grey and scaley, her eyes completely bright green. The Alpha soldiers saw the bright light behind the hut and awaited their orders>

Unseen Foe#1: Well, well. It seems she has showed herself to us.

Captain: Mia-ta-loo jumba kisa nah dou-bt Domz. <He smiled>

Unseen Foe#1: Watch your language, Captain. I wouldn't want you to have the deaths of these two children on your mind because of your backlash.

<Two Alpha guards, holding two cubs(The cutest you ever seen!) in their hands. Behind them, the mother is crying out to her babies>

<This silence the Captain, but with an anger he couldn't reveal towards the enemy>

Unseen Foe#1: That is what I thought. Gather what you can my warriors. Tommorow we shall have new recruits. Horus team, stay here and secure Shauni. Don't come back without her...

Alpha Soldier #1: Yes sir. Move out! <Two Tanks roll into the village, along a platoon of the Assault Alphas and the Guard Alphas.>

<The Unseen Foe boards a nearby Tank and rolls out with the prisoners...but from a distance, it seems his uniform is a bit different...an orange sweater....>

Jericho: Please Jade. Be quiet. <Jericho looks around and trys to spot a hiding place. A nearby Hut where they changed Jade into her outfit would fit the bill. He tried to grab her hand but...she pushed his away.>

Jade: Don't...run...we...have..Augh!..to fight!

Jericho: Jade, c'mon! Oh no...<Jericho spots the squad moving closer to their position and they all don't look very happy.>

Jericho: Jade, we can't face all of them alone! We have to get out of here!

<Jade's voice changed. It was deeper and her skin now was completely grey and hard...like the DomZ sarcophagie>

Jade: Coward. Then it shall be to destroy them! And if your not for my wrath, then stay out of my way!

<She reached with one hand towards him and a blast of a black orb emitted straight towards Jericho at his chest. Jericho flew into the hut, crashing into it and bringing it down.

The Horus team saw the commotion and the Tank's cannons were pointed in Jade's direction. They charged up their beams...

The battle begins...(For a more adrenalised rush, Play the Song from the BGE Soundtrack - Sins of the Father)

Players control Jade as they did when they were in the Secret Iris Hideout den. She doesn't have her Dai-Jo, yet she has a lot more powers up her sleeve..or dress.

With a press of the button at the right distance between Jade and her opponent, she will leap at an extraordinary length, land on her target, and launch a flurry of black orbs from her hands on the target and then performs a backflip.

For Melee, her hands, hardened like bone and sharp, slices the armor bits from the Alphas, thus hitting the gas tank fusilage and causing them to fly in the air and explode.

A 'rage' meter keeps track of which power she is able to yield out at a certain time. Right now, there is only three levels since this is the second time of her transformation. The first level emits a shockwave effect over the entire area and causes cracks to form on the ground. Sometimes the Alphas would get stuck or fall over a crack, making easy access for their air tanks. The second level, is the Sonic Boom Slice. She emits a shriek like a Banshee from Heck, black energy absorbs to her, and then a big BOOM! black wave of energy takes down all in her path. The power of this is limited to distance so only when she is overwhelmed(Which she will be in this scenario). The third level is the most interesting and from the player's prospective frightening. A black energy Lasso comes out from Jade's hand, and whips around the five closest enemies around their helmets. She pulls and the helmets all break off, and the Alphas struggle to breath. Since they will go down in only thirty seconds, Jade can vanquish every single one of them...with a very devilish, crazy laugh.

With every attack, the DomZ priest can be heard.>

DomZ Priest: Yes Shauni! Yes! Yes! YES!
DomZ Priest: Free Your Mind, Shauni! Let go the Human Side of you!
DomZ Priest: You are in control now. You are the power of the Universe!
DomZ Priest: Muhahahahahahaahahahha!

<The Alpha soldiers have their own attacks as well. Since they are not afraid of you(as much) as they were back the first time, they have come prepared and will do as much harm to you as they can. The Assault Alphas are equipped with a laser net that if entangled, you'll be immobilized for a few seconds while the Alphas pound on you with their hammers. But it won't be hard to dodge and when you do come out of the net, you explode with green and black energy and resume back to your fighting stance.

The Tanks try to aim for Jade, but she just rips the barrel off with her claws. With enough hits, she picks one up and slams it on TOP of the other tank. Two for one.

And unlike the other time, your not invincible. You will take damage. Unlike before, the Alphas are not afraid to damage you this time. But they are weak. Shauni is strong...stronger than anything the Universe can dream of..Muahahahahahaaha!>

<Spend two minutes thinking the fight over in your heads, then continue with the song off  >

<With the fight over, Jade gives out a primal scream that can be heard from miles. But her consciousness gives way again and her human side begins to regain control. As her skin begins to turn back to its normal colors and her eyes stopped glowing green, she faints in the middle of the village.

All is quiet. Nothing moves.

An old tiger shumbling towards the fallen Jade picks her up and brings her to the WitchDoctor's home. To heal or to vanquish the power within her...time will only tell..>

I'm shocked, this Shauni-thing is incredible, and yet it's terrible. Poor Jade, how will she deal with it? :( Nice way of getting us excited by this battle, Jericho. With the right music and a little imagination, this battle gets even more intense, even if it is only written in words.

JerichoMccoy - March 10, 2005 06:42 PM (GMT)
Ah..take a nice little break here.^_^

Yeah, Shauni is powerful isn't it? I wanted to make sure it sounded VERY powerful but in stages. You see, I got tired of these games that task the player(Hero) that he is some supreme power of the universe, yet, when he uses his attacks, they seem...well...weak. Not to mention stale as time goes on. Even when you learn a few new powers, they don't seem like they are powerful, just...powers. And unoriginal.

Example: Dark Jak from Jak2 and 3. When he went dark, yeah, you got the feeling he was evil, but didn't get to use him to his full devilish powers or see Jak be effected by it for long.

Shauni, however, is a VERY powerful thing. And with each battle element, her(or its?) power grows but not in a very good way. Shauni is supposed to give life balance...Well that's cutting to much into the story already! Heh heh. Not only that, it just gives the player more room to do battle and feel very powerful but at the same time, feeling terrible afterwards. Your having fun, but hearing the DomZ Priest echoing in your mind that he is enjoying it too, gives the player a bit of a chill. Alot like in Manhunt(Rated R for good reason).

>D I told ya I'd go for a darker tone.

Great Job with the story. I copied some of it myself and will shortly upload them to the site.

Jericho, the e-mail attachment you sent to the board was in a format I did not understand, just send it as a .txt or .doc so I can view it. And THEN send it. Thanks!

FutureFish - March 11, 2005 06:46 PM (GMT)
Mentalistic Story Jericho, getting better the more you write. Secundo, you HAVE to put the .doc up on the revolution site! You owe it to us!

Secundo - March 12, 2005 07:15 PM (GMT)
I will put it up on the site. That's why I want it!

But, Jericho sent it to me as a Word Perfect file, I'm unable to convert it. I'll just cut and paste from what you have posted Ok? It may be up soon.

Check your mail Secundo! I sent it to ya as just a Word file!

Hmm..control of my characters eh?..Well, you see, aside from Jericho and a few other peeps I drew up in my head, I don't have control over the other characters. I can't make Jade strip down to her knickers or Double H doing the full monty. Or even Pey'J turning into a big monster and eating the children(Which is funny and sad at the same time). Those are Michael Ancel's creations and their souls just happen to penetrate the recess of my brain matter and live on.

On one hand, I got me puppets on a string(Jericho, Malay, Rackse, Meesolak tribe, etc.) I control their actions, what they say, their historys, attitudes, etc.

On the other, I have experienced actors on stage(Jade, Double H, Pey'J, General Kheck, Alpha Section, DomZ Priest, etc.) They already have their own history, attitude, logic, mental capabilities, etc. To change them in any way that would differentiate themselves from Michael Ancel's creation and into mine, would not be fair(To Michael). I want them to live on the way he would like them to be. It's another reason why I'm trying to keep it to a PG-13 level and not include bazookas, razor sharp machines used on people, DomZ eating a human, blah blah blah. It's Ancel's Universe. I got to keep it in a way where I can put my take or characters into it and have the original cast deal with these new obstacles or paths.

Now if only Ancel could have read what I wrote, then we'd be in buisness. Continueing of the Chapter should happen tommorow. We'll find out who this old tiger is and what will happen with Jade.. B)

Yeah, tomorrow it's party time!

JerichoMccoy - March 13, 2005 08:20 PM (GMT)
Augh! In spite of my recent aggrivation, I'm going to type up at least the scene with Jade and the old tiger and finish the rest tommorow morning.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

<It wasn't long before Jade regained consciousness and rose above the straw-laden bed. When she looked around the place she was in, she coulda sworn she was still in a trance. Torchs illuminating a blue-green hue all around the hut, skulls of different species hovered over her on a tightly knit rope. A shelf filled with many colored pots, bottles, and jars, each with their own label in the meesolak language. And then she saw the figure staring at her between two torchs. It was an old tiger, a cane holding itself in place, and an extremely long beard flowing to the ground. It's eyes were a mix-match of green and grey, with a gaze that can peer into a person's soul. A headband made up of a wool of unknown origin made up the look.

He walked slowly toward Jade, its gaze never wandered from hers. Then he spoke with a deep growl(Think of Keith David-voice[He voiced over Gargoyles and was in Pitch Black])>

Old Tiger: Hmm..Shauni.

Jade: W-who are you?

Old Tiger: I am Kolotson Jeesuit Mikata Olo Pesonah. But you can call me, Master Olo.

Jade: How can you...

Master Olo: Speak your language? I learned from the Traveler Eagle of the North. We exchanged knowledge. I told him of valuable treasure, he showed me knowledge beyond this tribe's dreams.

Jade: ....

Master Olo: I see you are troubled, Shauni. You have much to learn about your powers as well as your weaknesses. In due time, you'll understand the balance, as I had so long ago.

Jade: What happened to this place...I..<Jade looks down at herself and sees she is in her original outfit>

Master Olo: I had the task of dressing you in your warrior clothing. Please, do not be alarmed. I did not take advantage of your wounded state. As for the village, it is in complete disarray. The temple priests as well as the Elder is justifying your place in here. The people are afraid of you. But they should not be. You are you.

Jade: What?

Master Olo: Heh heh...It seems the battle has taken its toll on your skull. You are neither fighting for justice nor for torment. You may have developed feelings for one side, but you are who you are. And that is the balance. Good nor Evil should ever take away that balance. For if they did, chaos would reign supreme and existance would be forever lived in pain..

Jade: But...My name is Jade..I don't know how I became Shauni or this balance..

Master Olo: That is because you are hiding. And that is good.

Jade: How is that a good thing?

Master Olo: <Smiling> Your power exceeds that of any known deity. To wield it openly, could result a balance shift. And that, my little green bird, would be disasterous.

Jade: ...

Master Olo: So you see, for the first time in the cosmos, hiding your true self is actually the best thing you may do for the universe.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Too much talk, but it'll speed up as soon as I hit tommorow!

Denden666Piek - March 13, 2005 08:29 PM (GMT)
I love talk, talk is good, talk is explaining, action is good but it isn't explaining, although this talk was not explaining it was still good! Erm...i liked it! :D

JerichoMccoy - March 13, 2005 08:42 PM (GMT)
Just wait until I hit the finale...oh man..You'll laugh, you'll cry...you'll shed a tear or two I can tell ya that much right now.

And it'll end sort of like the first one...after the credits roll by..but I did say Kinda. So now...MASS CONFUSION COMMENCE!
<Song: Confusion - Blade Soundtrack>

FutureFish - March 14, 2005 05:45 PM (GMT)
I think we're all running out of compliments here. Your story is intelligent and well crafted-interweaving all the character personalities into a plot while at the same time conforming to ancels universe must be very difficult. Do you get some some of your ideas from Nietziche about the BGE?

JerichoMccoy - March 14, 2005 08:26 PM (GMT)
I started to look over Chapter 1 of Nietziche's piece(Prejudices of Philosophers)...

To tell you the truth, I have no idea what he's trying to prove...but at the same time, I understand some of what he is saying.

If you want to check it out for yourself click here.

For now, It is time to continue on this thing called BG&E2:Revolution!(or you can add the 's' in the end. Gives the Matrix people something to look forward too.)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

<Jade stood up, sighing heavly. Her mind a jumble of inconsistancies, conspiracys, and feelings of doubt. She looked over at Master Olo and saw he was limping toward a cabinet and searched through the drawer. He gasped in glee as he uncovered what he was looking for...It was a purple and green bamboo stick with a filter at the end of one of the holes.>

Master Olo: I can only help in keeping your human side alive and well. Take this when your path crosses with the enemy. Place anything inside it and it will hold without leaking. Here. <Hands her the Blowgun>

Jade: Uh..thanks. But who will I be..

Master Olo: You'll figure it out as soon as the time comes. Right now, you must attand to your...'friend'...

Jade: You mean Jericho?

Master Olo: He may have a good aura, but he has a caged demon within. Be cautious. That is all I can say.

Jade: Ok...Well, thanks again.
<She walks out of the hut with a strange feeling she has seen him before...>

MEESOLAK VILLAGE

<It was in shambles. The village had no front gate. All the warriors were being treated for their wounds from where they had fallin. The two tanks Jade..er, Shauni destroyed were still smoldering from the recent attack. There were no sign of any children but all the families were trying to help each other as much as possible. Secundo translated as Jade walked by the various commotions going on. All this destruction and...>

Jade: Jericho!

<She gasped as she ran from where she can remember she was before the whole incident began. The hut where Jericho landed was in ruins, however, his body wasn't there. The temple was overlooking the whole village and that is where the Priests and the Elder went after the attack, said so Master Olo. It was the only choice she had at the moment. Jade gathered up her things, prepped her Dai-Jo, and entered the Meesolak Temple>

MEESOLAK TEMPLE

<The walls were cold to the touch as it was made of the same stone as the other temples Jade and Jericho passed by before the village. A soft echo of monks? priests? was heard as Jade went deeper into the Temple. At times, there were armored warriors patroling the halls, guarding numerous rooms. However, with the blowgun at the players disposal, there is a new tactic to knocking out guards!

Sand in the eyes. That's right. All Jade has got to do is go near a place where there is sand or gravel, load it up in the blowgun, and shoot at the eyes of her oppoenent. The enemy snarls and screams as it trys to wash away the dirt and dust, and while their dazed and confused, Jade knocks them out with one hit over the head. But the blowgun has a weakness and it is distance and trailing. Using just sand alone won't give you the required distance you need and the dust trails it leaves in the air will notify any other sentry on duty where the attack came from.

As Jade gets close to a certain room, she overhears talking from a certain room. She crouches down and listins, but knows she can't understand a word they say. Suddenly, Secundo comes out with a headpiece in his hand and hands it to Jade>

Secundo: Shhhh. I'll transslate in your ear. Ciao. <Materialized back into the S.A.C.>

<Jade listens in on the conversation at hand>

Elder: <Translated> Outrageous! Are you serious?

Ape #1: Yes, she is a danger to the people and this planet. We must hand her over before any other harm befallins this temple.

Ape #2: I agree with Achya on this one. The woman is too hostile and she doesn't know how to control the power of the gods yet.

Elder: So your saying, we hand her over to evil to be used against us?! For all you know, those are not even Gods! Just mere mortals in rock-clothing!

<The room gasps at the Elders uprising>

Ape #3: Elder, you will know your place when you speak.

Elder: Bah, the hell with my place. You know as well as I that they will come back and this time, they will take everyone! Even you, who hide in the confines of the temple, will be hunted down.

Ape #1: The Gods have chosen which side they want to be a part of. They have chosen the weak in order to bring balance to this planet. Can you not see that?

Elder: I see that you are as foolish as a lamb in a wolves' hunting ground.

Ape #3: We will not ask you again. Watch your place, Elder. Or do we have to remind you that we can control how this war affects your precious tribe?

Elder: You wouldn't dare!

Ape #2: Oh we will. It is the only reason why they havn't taken everything in the village.

Elder: You....

Ape #1: What was that, Elder?

Elder:....nothing.

Ape #3: Good. Now, find the woman and tell her that her companion was captured during her outburst. She'll go over there and the trap will be ready by then. Afterwards, we get rid of the prisoner, and life will be better. Do you understand, Elder?

Elder: ...yes.

Ape #1: Good. You may go now.

<With that, the Elder leaves the room, unknowing that Jade was in a darkened corner, listining to all the words. What was going on? And how many conspiracies does she have to go through to reveal the truth?>

Elder... pvt. Elder... Have you played Call of Duty :) ?

JerichoMccoy - March 15, 2005 02:38 AM (GMT)
Nope but I so do! Heard that it makes the bass system go "BOOM!" :D

So what is your take on the whole situation? Can't guess what's going to happen next now can yeah? C'mon..be honest... :P

sheep_PL - March 15, 2005 12:09 PM (GMT)
Yeah, you're right. Your story is very interesting, but I must say, that I haven't read it all. English is not my primary language, and... you know... sitting with dictionary is not my favourite activity. Besides I don't have much time right now (you know, screenshots, icons making and of course school). But I promise, one day I'll sit down and read it all.
Thanks to creative fans BG&E will never die! :)

Lightweight - March 17, 2005 11:19 PM (GMT)
Now all you need is to post this fic in the obviously starving BG&E section in FF.net. There, I'd be able to review it properly.

Secundo - March 18, 2005 02:58 AM (GMT)
Why at ff.net? Are you affiliate with them? I'm looking for affiliates since the site is really filling up right now!

Jericho, get the next chapter up, I'm dying to know the end... Regardless, I hope it looks nice on the site. Currently it is at 15 pages, I'm quite sure you'll make it longer by a bit by the time the ending rolls around.

Jericho, I don't want to void any of your creation but, you write like me. Great content but miserable mechanics. I am requsting permission to correct. Even an auto correct will help. I'm not an English buff, but, when I catch mistakes I know that it is bad! Just a lttle correction on the spelling is all I want to do.

JerichoMccoy - March 18, 2005 08:00 PM (GMT)
Well let's see now...
Go ahead Secundo. Spell check it for me! All that I'm writing is pretty much the rough draft(Even the ideas..sorta) so after I'm finished with it all, I'm definitly gonna have to redo the beginning(So so bad). Other than that, everything is honky dorey!

Minor note: The Music Videos and Comedy Series(Oh god I hope I know what I'm doing) is still be worked on as I speak. I have the outline of what is to come. All I need now is just the other fundamentals.

Back to the Story!!!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
{Play Song - Sneaky Jade Suite - Stop at 2:30min}

<With the Elder leaving, Jade peers through the opening, and sees three Apes of considerable size leaving the room through a back door. She follows them quietly without causing much alarm.

As she followed them through the back way, the stone walls disappeared behind steel plateing. Each step was a hollowed clank as she entered to what appeared to be...>

Jade: A prison?

<The next door opened to reveal a BeeHive hollowed out dome and on the walls were prison cages, each revealing either an Olops, a Meesolak, or another form of life from the planet. It was truely a depressing site.

The apes seemed to have disappeared to another doorway to Jade's left. It was locked. To continue, she would need a key or something to destroy the door. However, she had to find and rescue Jericho. Since all the prison cells were suspended on the walls, the only way to get off the cells were by the HP-SE3, short for Hover Platform Speed Edition 3. There were a few parked on a Catwalk however, there were some Alphas keeping guard. Jade looked around for anything that could distract the guards and only found a few screws lying on a table. She took out her blowgun, loaded it up with a screw, and spew the object at the guard on the head.>

Guard #1: Hey! Who threw that?
Guard #2: Threw what?
Guard #1: I don't know. Must be one of the prisoners.

<A second or two whizzed by and Jade shot another one at the same guard>

Guard #1: Argh! Who keeps doing that?!
Guard #2: Hey, chill out, eh?
Guard #1: Fine...I'm ok, I'm ok. <He takes a deep breath, then lets it out>

<One more screw hits the same target>

Guard #1: That's it! I'm out of here!
Guard #2: Where you going?
Guard #1: I'm taking a break! You comin?
Guard #2: Yeah, sure. Not like anybody alive would bother us down here.

<The guards board an HP and hover down to a tunnel at the bottom of the Hive-Dome.{Stop Song}

Jade picks up this oppertunity to board one of the HP's and find Jericho in one of the cells. Perfect oppertunity for the player to learn the controls of the HP...you'll find out in a moment.>

Jade: Jericho? Where are you?

Jericho: Mmuhh..

Jade: <Gasps> Jericho! Say something again!

Jericho: ....oouch...

<Jade picks up on the sound and finds Jericho laying on his back, dazed but not out. The lock on the door is rusty so with one good kick, the lock comes off and the door opens. Why keep updated locks? How would the prisoner escape? Nothing to get off but the pitch darkness below.

She kneels down besides Jericho and lends out a smile of relief>

Jade: Hey, how you feelin?

Jericho: Like I just stepped on a landmine...Fantastic.

Jade: <Smiles but it fades away> I'm...I'm sorry of what happened before..it wasn't me..

Jericho: <He looks to her and with his one hand, perks up her chin> Hey, it was you. If it wasn't, I wouldn't be here. The pain was worth it. <Grins>

Jade: I think I knocked you too hard..C'mon. There is more to the story then what it appears...

<Before he could respond, the two guards came back from their break and saw the two getting out of the cell and onto the HP>

Guard #1: Hey! There trying to get away!
Guard #2: Looks like we found the trouble maker!
Guard #1: And looks like they found it! Sound the alarm!

{Play - Free Your Mind - BG&E Soundtrack}
<A push of the button on the Alpha's wrist was all it took for the alarms to go off and blast through the whole Hive. Many of the prisoners woke up, startled by the sound, and yelled through their cells to turn it off. It was time for Jade to get on and drive her and Jericho out of the prison.

The guards will try to ram Jade from behind but with a few quick maneuvers can send them flying into a pipe or piece of rock and make them explode!

Jade manuevered the HP through the entrance where the Alpha's went for their break. A few closed off entrances kept the duo from escaping any sooner. However, they found a passageway made out of wood with a big BEWARE sign on it. Jade had a good feeling it might be the way out but wasn't sure. With his remaining strength, Jericho threw his Hammer like a boomerang at the wooden sign and it shattered to a million pieces. His hammer came back to his hand and he fell silent.>

Jade: Jericho!

Jericho: Err..mmpph..Zzzzz

Jade: Great time to be taking a nap!

<The cave entrance was filled with pointy rock formations, crushing boulders, and still in use Alpha Equipment. There were a few HP's behind the duo, controlled by Alpha guards, some even firing their lasers at Jade as she took control of the HP craft through tight passage ways, descending boulders, cranes, and then they approached another tunnel which they saw Daylight. The Alphas stopped their pursuit on them.>

Jade: Whew...That was a close<RRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOAAAAARRRRRR!!>...one?

{Play - In Hot Pursuit - BG&E Soundtrack}

<She looked back and a HUGE monster that took up most of the wide corridor's space, using six legs to propel itself forward to catch up to our unlucky duo. It was up to Jade to save them!

Sunlight hit her face as she finally came out of the hole, unfortunately, so did the monster. It was a chase through the forest. Jade swerved over and under tree bark, through bushes, and coconut throwing monkeys(They get swallowed up by the creature anyway.) The monster behind them was just tearing the forest apart, anything to get its meal. It's huge mouth gazed open and blood stains was all over its teeth as well as metal sheddings and wood clippings. Jade found a river up ahead and had the HP ride the current as she still drove. The current was ever so strong and the uprising rocks made the trek more dangerous. The creature was still gaining, It's massive legs just standing upon the water, running with much more ferocity. Jade hoped the river would take her to what she wanted...and it did.

A huge 60 foot waterfall was up ahead but how would she be able to save Jericho and be safely out of the way while the monster falls to it's doom? Time was ticking...

Time was ticking...

What would she do...

She needed a rope. And there was a long enough vine just in their path. She just needed to reach it...(Player, direct Jade's HP to the Vine, quick! This is your only chance!)

....

She grabbed the vine, with one hand still on the wheel, she grabbed Jericho's hammer and quickly fastened the vine to his hammer. With only a few seconds left, Jade just needed to find a tree to throw it at(The current is calm as there is only like 10 seconds to throw the Hammer or else....)

10..............9................8...............(The player controlls Jade as she looks over to a nearby tree. Hurry up and throw it, Player!)

7.................6........................5..................................

4......

3...............

1......................

<Jade throws the Hammer, and just like she suspected, it works just like a boomerang, going around the tree and making a tight rope bridge. She holds on to Jericho by the waist, under his arm, and jumps off the HP right as it descends to the drop below. The creature, follows suit, the current pushing it along and forcing it down with an antagonizing screech.

The player must help Jade pull herself and Jericho up to land, rapidly tapping the A button.

She reaches land.>

Jade: Huff...Puff...<Sigh>

<Jade, with a job well done, goes to sleep along with Jericho>
