I am not so sure about this.
Normally one cannot copy the source code when only the program itself is availabel.
HTML is a grey zone. Everyone is able to see the source and is able to copy it but some pages forbid it.

But since UBI nowhere said that it's forbidden it probably isn't.

on the digital world theres one guideline, if its password protected (even poorly, and can be evaded) the your not allowed to touch it, otherwise, its free for the taking.

quite frankly, i don't give a sh*t.

i think we should have our own darkroom on the site, (maybe have the official site link to us...)
and i want the hangman mission to be redone and be much cooler on our page.

There is a UK and US websites, that are both different.

Anything placed on the internet is free, unless protected by digital watermarking or password. The whole concept of the internet is the dissemination of information, (Wow, that sounded wrong. Lolz) so I dont think anybody will care if you copy the code. If anything, I think ubi will be grateful for publicising the game more. I dont think we'll ever get sued or anything unless we actaully use the website for profit.
